Water Babies teaches over 47,000 babies and toddlers in over 500 pools across the globe every week and we’re always looking for new partners and venues to swim in.
Water Babies are the world’s largest baby and toddler swim school, and we passionately believe all children should learn to swim from as early an age as possible so they can learn a skill for life, bond with their parents and, should they ever fall in water, have the best possible chance of surviving.
We are more than just baby swimming, and we’re always looking for additional water space for our rapidly growing provision of lessons.

Working with over 500 pools across the globe means we understand many different pool set-ups, including hotel, therapy, school , condominium and community centre pools (and even pools at private residences where they meet safety requirements).
Why work with Water Babies?
Additional revenue from a reliable partner
We can provide significant additional revenue to pool operators, by taking underused or unused time and turning it into cash. We’re prompt and reliable payers; you will never have to chase down a payment from us.
Secondary spend
If you have additional services during their time on-site (gym, café, vending machines, shops) our customers will use them. Those organisations who we have partnered with have reported a significant increase in secondary spend from our customers.
We take safety (and insurance) seriously
We prioritise the safety of our clients, and perform a full risk assessment on each of our pools and write a pool-specific operating procedure for all our venues.
We also carry a minimum of $5 000 000 in liability coverage and always name our venue partners as additional insured’s under our policy (backed up by a certificate).
We handle everything swimmer related
Our venue partners shouldn’t have to serve our swimmers. We deal with all sales, scheduling and customer service, and are more than happy for your staff to simply direct any inquiries through to us.
We ensure our customers smoothly integrate into your environment, ensuring everyone is aware of the rules and has our guidance before they step foot in your venue. At some pools, when necessary,
We also have uniformed “Meet & Greeters” on site at many lessons to direct clients and remind them of your rules and regulations, which negates the need for any additional staff being required by our partners.
We can work around your schedules
Water Babies classes are often during off peak times, these being the periods in the day which wouldn’t usually generate income for pool operators.
We’re willing to offer support and guidance for your pools and facilities
We will provide all of the site specific health and safety policies to ensure that we integrate our classes into your environment seamlessly. We offer in-house pools, facilities and safety technical support and can provide expert advice on any issues relating to safety and operations.
Community support, engagement, outreach and enrichment
At Water Babies, our Head Office and local franchisees are dedicated to actively supporting and enriching the local community. We collaborate with pools and organisations to offer a variety of initiatives such as training courses for students, job opportunities, and a diverse range of pool activities beyond swimming lessons, including aqua natal and water aerobics.
At Water Babies we actively seek partnerships to support facilities in need of refurbishment, such as school pools. Through collaboration, we aim to keep pools open for existing lessons while generating additional income through hire, lease, or dual-use agreements in partnership with the local franchisee. Together, we can ensure these valuable resources continue to benefit the community.

Splash Cove
As well as working with pool operators on existing facilities, we’ve also worked with suppliers on refurbishing pools and facilities to bring new life into them, and to provide an asset to local communities.
Splash Cove is a Water Babies branded swimming pool. In partnership with Bell Leisure Swimming Pools, a market leader in outdoor and indoor pool designs, construction and installation, we partnered together to build a Water Babies purpose pool.
In the toasty warm and crystal clear pool, your child will learn to swim with Water Babies’ highly trained swimming teachers to understand water safety, core aquatics skills, and swimming strokes. Click below to take a tour of the pool.

What do we need from a venue?
Pool temperature
Ideally we need water temperature at 30 degrees plus. While we can teach older children in 29 degrees, it’s often not financially viable for us to just run early years lessons without babies, so we prefer 30 degrees or over. The maximum temperature we can run lessons in is 35 degrees.
Pool Space
- We can work around most set ups, whether a lane, sectioned off area, or whole pool
- We can work in water between 0.9 m and 1.4 m in depth.
- We can run lessons in small spaces by limiting the size of our classes.
- We do not require exclusivity and are happy to share the pool with other groups simultaneously
We aim to fit into your facility, and so try to be as flexible as we can in finding space that works for everyone.
